ISI Central Reports: Part 1

Having the right tools to support the flow of your business is key to maximizing your time, effort, and productivity.  If you are not already familiar with or taking advantage of the reporting functions within ISI Central Reporting, we encourage you to review what is available!  Over the next few months, we will be featuring some of the reports available to support your operational needs. Explore the reports available to you below to learn more. 

  • Fleet Return Analysis
    • If you are interested in maintaining and/or building your fleet vehicle traffic, use the Fleet Return Analysis report to review which of your current fleets have had vehicles come in over the last six months, the previous six months and the previous year to determine which have come in but haven’t recently returned.  The report provides contact information for follow up.
  • Business Summary and Statistics 
    • The Business Summary & Statistics Report gathers a number of key indicators and statistics into one document that can be reviewed daily or for a specific date range.  The summary page includes a number of key metrics, such as the number of oil changes completed and what types of oils were used, and how many new and repeat customers came in for service.  The statistics page(s) provide sales numbers and percentages of categories of parts and services sold.
