Report #1: Promotion Analysis: This report answers key business questions: Which are the most effective promotions? How do promotions affect ticket average? What promotions drive the best margin return?

  • Compares invoices with promotions and those without for last 4 weeks.
  • Lists each individual promotion with analysis of total number of tickets with the promotion, ticket average for invoices with the promotion, and average margin dollars for invoices with the promotion.
  • Lists each promotion category with analysis of total number of tickets for promotions used in the category, ticket average for invoices with the promotion, and average margin dollars for invoices with the promotion.

Report #2:  Service Review: Conversion Ratio by Employee: This report answers key business questions: Which employees consistently present Service Reviews? Which employees have best sales conversion ratio?

  • Provides a list of employees for the date range with the number of Service Reviews presented to customers, the number of Due Now services on those Service Reviews, and the Conversion Ratio for Due Now services sold.
  • Shows if the service review graph and/or form were presented by screen or print.
  • Provides a percentage of Service Reviews shown per employee.
